Regulatory Status

GateVest SICAV p.l.c. (the “Company”) is established under the laws of Malta and is licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) under registration number [Insert MFSA Registration Number from Offering Documents]. The Company is authorized to operate as a subthreshold self-managed Professional Investor Fund (“PIF”) pursuant to the Investment Services Act (Chapter 370 of the Laws of Malta) and relevant MFSA Rules. The Company is not subject to the full scope of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (“AIFMD”) but rather operates under the de minimis (subthreshold) exemption.
