GateVest SICAV p.l.c. (“GateVest”) today announced that J&T Finance Group, via J&T Investiční Společnost, a.s. (“J&T”), has committed a double-digit Euro million figure to the GateVest Global Private Equity Fund. This investment establishes J&T as the Fund’s cornerstone investor and its first institutional partner. GateVest provides qualified individual and institutional investors with access to leading global private equity funds through a professionally managed, institutional-grade platform.

In addition to the capital commitment, GateVest and J&T have entered into a cooperation agreement to jointly develop and offer investment solutions for qualified investors in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. As part of this partnership, GateVest will support J&T with the deployment of its newly established J&T Global Private Equity Fund (“J&T GPE”), a fund of qualified investors (fond kvalifikovaných investorů, “FKI”).
