GateVest SICAV p.l.c.’s Global Private Equity Fund has successfully completed its second major transaction, acquiring a stake in Renovus Capital Partners III for an undisclosed amount. The fund is managed by Renovus Capital Partners, a Pennsylvania-based lower mid-market manager specializing in founder-owned businesses within the Knowledge & Talent industries.
